coolnessa22 26 Posted February 17, 2013 So My Pre Op is in about a month or so away and I have been slowing winging myself off of certain food and drinks. I quit soda, alcohol, and now just stopped drinking coffee and that's a big one for me. I am trying to stay focused but some days I just want something sweet and don't know how to fight the craving.
