worm2872 635 Posted February 17, 2013 I'm doing arm weights but it's not helping my wings much. I'm firming up a little. My arms are really heavy so I'm kinda screwed. :-(
michelecaples 224 Posted February 17, 2013 Exercise may help a bit, but if your arms are very large you will most likely have the wings for life or need brachioplasty
MalyssaSue 65 Posted February 17, 2013 I do every arm muscle machine at the gym. I have this toned muscle and then my arm is starting to sag. But at least they look better than before.

kristy3k 1,133 Posted February 17, 2013 I have some major saggin on my arms. I wont be going sleeveless anytime soon. Where the stretch marks are.. that is the part that bothers me... looks puckered. So when I win the lottery... I will have plastic surgery... everywhere lol!!!
hajones5891 133 Posted February 17, 2013 My arms aren't THAT bad.....but could definitely use some tightening up.....I will deal with the loose skin any day rather than being the weight I used to be. xo Hilary
2ndTimesTheCharm 68 Posted February 18, 2013 What are slim pressions and what do u mean by plastics? Slimpressions are a brand on compression garments. They have one that is meant to compress your arms back and tummy. It looks like a tshirt with sleeves to the elbow and the chest scooped out. They work really well! I don't know how much they are now but when I got mine it was $45 very well spent! And I meant plastic surgery...brachioplasy.
