Just wondering what other post op peeps are doing for arm exercises? My arms are getting flabby.....any suggestions?

I'm doing arm weights but it's not helping my wings much. I'm firming up a little. My arms are really heavy so I'm kinda screwed. :-(

Exercise may help a bit, but if your arms are very large you will most likely have the wings for life or need brachioplasty

I do every arm muscle machine at the gym. I have this toned muscle and then my arm is starting to sag. But at least they look better than before.

I'm curious as well...I'm having a BIG issue with my arms...for now I just wear slim pressions until I can save up for plastics

I think she meant plastic surgery and how much are slim professions ? Is it good to where the tight clothing or body suit while losing weight? I have a friend who is 10 yrs post op and said it is good and to take all Vitamins and Proteins to avoid the sagging .

I have some major saggin on my arms. I wont be going sleeveless anytime soon. Where the stretch marks are.. that is the part that bothers me... looks puckered. So when I win the lottery... I will have plastic surgery... everywhere lol!!!

My arms aren't THAT bad.....but could definitely use some tightening up.....I will deal with the loose skin any day rather than being the weight I used to be.

What are slim pressions and what do u mean by plastics?

Slimpressions are a brand on compression garments. They have one that is meant to compress your arms back and tummy. It looks like a tshirt with sleeves to the elbow and the chest scooped out. They work really well! I don't know how much they are now but when I got mine it was $45 very well spent!

And I meant plastic surgery...brachioplasy.
