lisaarellano 20 Posted February 15, 2013 I cannot get all of my Protein or calories in. I have gotten about 36 oz of Water, 40 ml of broth and 20 ml of Protein Shake but that is it so far. Is this normal ? 1 Tim Sebora reacted to this
mrsb12 73 Posted February 15, 2013 Yes take it slow , don't force your self or you will throw up or out the other end , I just had mine done Jan 21 and I'm not able to and still not able to hold all of it down so just do hourly feeding and sip on Water ....if u have an android there is a free hourly chime app I use to remind me to eat or drink .... livingmyselfJAN 21,2013: 1 Lady grace reacted to this
Aimee 17 Posted February 16, 2013 The exact same thing happened to me. I am almost 3 weeks out and doing better but still can not get in all my Protein. I am pretty close to my amount but just can not get it all in. I tried to force a Protein Shake down and got so sick. It does get better.
lisaarellano 20 Posted February 16, 2013 Yeah I don't get a full feeling yet. My doctor said my stomach is 20 ml so I'm measuring everything. It will be much easier when I can tell if I'm full.
jerz 251 Posted February 16, 2013 I can only get in about 30oz Water and 25-30 gm of Protein a day. And that's on a good day. It's really hard for me SD:1/28/13 HW:358 DOS:338 CW:
