joolz1226 0 Posted February 15, 2013 I've been slowly gaining weight and I need some advice. I'm one year + out from RNY and I know I've been eating all the wrong things, but I seem to always be hungry! Anyone else experience this? How did you "kick-start" your correct diet again? wannachange1 1 Posted February 15, 2013 Hi there i haven't had the surgery yet i been told by others who had RNY that when you start seeing the weight gain to get back to basics. High Protein low carb and Water should help keep hunger away long enough to keep the snacking at bay
Pam Peltz 56 Posted February 16, 2013 Yes. Go back to your pre or post surgery diet long enough to kick start your loss again.
mom2lucky (suznc) 81 Posted February 16, 2013 How are you doing with Water? Are you still waiting at least 1/2 hr before & after meals? Drinking with or too soon can push the food through & increase hunger. Hang in there & try getting back to basics.
