Do we always have to take the chewable vitamins? The taste makes me gag.....I didn't know if there were any other options out there as far as Vitamins go?

At my 3 mth post op yesterday I was told I could go to the others if I wanted to but I rather do chewable right now

I would love to do gummi but my nut said that they don't have Iron?? Do yours have Iron? Anywho....is taking a whole pill an option....I mean will it absorb?

I use liquid vitamins and it counts as your Water intake too

No there's no iron in it. I take 2 iron Vitamins a day and 2 chewable Calcium as well.
