Went out Saturday night, and felt great! Down 78 pounds from my highest.

I love salads, they're definitely a go to food for me. I don't like mixed greens, but I love iceberg or romaine lettuce. Along with some cherry tomatoes, chopped cucumber, fresh mushrooms, feta cheese, and a little lite Italian dressing. Yum I also sometimes add olives or green peppers.

My fave is tuna salad, and it had Protein

I do sometimes take some papaya enzyme before eating salad, helps with the digestion.

Yes I've lost 83 since surgery date. I lost about ten more just prior to surgery.
