gerrykayred 13 Posted April 16, 2013 Hmmm.....lotsa calories but low enough carbs my picky butt might can have 1 for Breakfast and not dump.....interesting! What's your favorite flavor??? HW 312' date=' pre-op (lap-band) 294, pre-op (RNY) 255, surgery date 2/11/13, goal weight 154, current weight 223[/quote'] I like the vanilla and Peanut Butter. They are a little over 200 calories but it's an entire meal for me. I suffer from reflex vomiting and extreme nausea. I'm lucky to keep down 500 calories per day. These are one of the few things I can keep down. Best tasting too by a long shot.

I was out of town for almost a week, and although my SIL took me on crazy 4.5 mile walks two nights, it's not the same as training to RUN. I was about to do day 2 of week 2, but had lost my motivation. I work crazy hours Wednesday and Thursday, but I will run on Friday and Sunday, and you can hold me to that. 1 kparadisek reacted to this
