selenaarnold16 8 Posted March 10, 2013 Okay so I made sure I ate 3 meals today. I got all my Protein in and all my fluids. I deep cleaned house today and worked up a good sweat so that was my exercise. I am hitting the gym again in the am. I need to figure out something new and fun to do cause I am bored with the tread mill. I am trying to prepare for the dirty girl mud run in April. I am very excited about doing it! It is a 5k I believe. 1 gerrykayred reacted to this

selenaarnold16 8 Posted March 10, 2013 So I just got out of the shower and realized the drain was clogged because of my hair I think the falling out process is kicking in. I credit this to last week of not eating properly. Luckily I have really thick hair so hopefully it wont be to bad or continue since I am back on track. aayers88 31 Posted March 10, 2013 Ok so today is day 9 after my surgery and I'm on the full liquid phase. I tried a protien shake with skim milk but couldn't drink more than an ounce of it? Has anyone else had an issue with drinking protien shakes? Should I try mixing it with Water instead?

I definitely mix my shakes with water, and I water them down a bit more than the instructions call for. Then sip, sip, sip...

I can't do the thick snotty shakes either, I've tried several post-op and gag and gag....it's crazy!!! I'm living off the Syntrax Nectars, I dilute them a lot then add a crystal light packet to cover the Protein taste....they aren't perfect but much better than the shakes.< /p> HW 312, pre-op (lap-band) 294, pre-op (RNY) 255, surgery date 2/11/13, goal weight 154, current weight 231.
