Personally at the end of the liquid diet I was ready for something that would last longer. I'm now 10 weeks out. The last couple days I've done a lot of reflecting as to when I get hungry. It seems to be when I'm not getting my liquids in is when I get hungry outside of meal times.

Also' date=' I sat timers for drinking at the beginning. So that way I could get my liquids and Proteins in and that is the only way I was able to do it. It's a great technique.

Honestly every 3 minutes, I would sip, sip. With the timer on the iPhone it's very easy. After two days of 3 minute timers, it became habit. I have heard of others setting them at 3 mins too. It seems crazy but it worked. I had no problem w getting in liquids or Protein.
