Marisela 104 Posted February 8, 2013 6 years??? how are you doing? how much weight lost? have you managed to keep it off? I am pre-op, scheduled for March 11, I am not scared at all about the surgery but scared about the new life style and many changes in habits that I will have to adjust to, so any info you can share will certainly be encouraging! iamlynnsmith 0 Posted February 13, 2013 Hello! The best advice I can give you is take your vitamins! Forever! No matter how sick and tired you get. I didnt and now am deficient in some. I'm gettibg things back on track now. I was 255 lbs standing at 5'4. I now fluctuate between 135 lbs n 140 lbs. Its the best decision I've ever made. Once you have the surgery and start losing, you will hit points in which you do not lose..some short sone long. .its not uncommon to stay put for a month...don't panic. It's ok. Good luck!!! You will do fine. Remember. .this is only a tool to help you lose weight.
