I'm SO excited to go grocery shopping this weekend to start my preop diet Sunday! Crazy huh?! I've been takin Biotin for over a week now and will get the other Vitamins too.

I'm doing this and making it my new life!!

It is really exciting! Congrats You will get frustrated but just keep plugging along. It really is worth it!
