Doing well. Very sore' date=' but better than I thought I'd be. I am NPO (nothing by mouth) but I can swab my mouth with ice Water. Just the little bit of Water I swallowed there told me there were big changes in my stomach. I had a little nausea this AM, so I got zofran and it's gone. I was walked very briefly, and after I sat I felt better. Catheter working better now that I am up. I hope things keep going this well.[/quote']

Smiley is Colon then hyphen then closed parenthesis mark

Sad face is same as first but open par mark instead of closed....

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

        Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
