Shonabear 107 Posted February 9, 2013 It's normal. I stalled at 3 weeks and I have read a lot of people have stalled around the same time. No worries.

LA GP 117 Posted February 11, 2013 Yeah no biggie. I fluctuate losing and gains. But my overall is nearly 70 pounds lost since November. Just don't sweat it. Keep up Protein and Vitamins and do exercising you enjoy. For me walking with my wife and dogs and playing tennis and whatever else really helps.
soontobehealthymom 104 Posted February 18, 2013 Everyone has stalls. It's only natural that with as little as we are eating, our body thinks we are starving and then tries to hold on to everything. It will get better, just hang in there!
