michelecaples 224 Posted February 7, 2013 I am disabled and every since surgery my MS and fibromyalgia have been terrible, but this week things are finally starting to ease up and I got a gym membership. Cant wait to do.some aqua aerobics or at least some stretching. Im sure once I exercise the pounds will fall off faster.
music1618 879 Posted February 7, 2013 Check into gentle yoga. The ms foundation pays for it, but you need to find a studio that participates in the program.

music1618 879 Posted February 7, 2013 This is gentle yoga and is made for people with disabilities. Trust me you will not be in any weird positions. Most of it is done while sitting in a chair.
