michelecaples 224 Posted February 6, 2013 Your weight loss is very very good. I find myself doing this too, but we each have our own body and it gets there as it is ready, but it does get there. Slow is best. Less stalls. Im still about 20 lbs behind my peers, but they started out a lil larger.
worm2872 635 Posted February 6, 2013 I do the same thing. I'm ten weeks out and just hit 40 pounds. But I have been pretty steady so that's a blessing. You are doing well so far. The stall at two to three weeks out is pretty normal. You body has been so shocked it rebells for a while. It's hard for us to not compare ourselves to others but we each have our own journey. Just follow drs orders and you will be fine. And we are here for you. Good luck!!
Vicki Loichinger 444 Posted February 6, 2013 I agree. My loses are slow also. But I am fine with that. I don't have as much to lose as some so I figured it would be this way. I am getting better blood sugar numbers on a lot less insulin and that is what is truly important to me right now. So when the scale doesn't move I think of my meter and that helps. 1 Natasha K reacted to this
