I had surgery on Jan 22 2013. I got my staples out a wk later, and they put steristips on the incisions and now I have blisters that hurt so bad where the tape was.. What do I do??

Sounds like it may be an allergic reaction to the tape. Happens to me with the stuff I cover my continuous glucose monitor with.

What do you do for the raw skin ? It hurts to have anything touch it.

Had a sleeve in 2017, lost over 100 pounds. Had a DS surgery this year (2025) for more sustainable weight loss. 🤞

The 14th was my day. I am home and recovery is going pretty smooth. They even let me walk out of the hospital. Picture of me in recovery curtesy of my boyfriend lol.

Neat you have a pic of this day! I was sooo happy to get my surgery. It was well worth it! And I'm not even near my goal. I had surgery Dec. 2!
