Ms. Mandy 14 Posted February 2, 2013 What are some other meats that everyone eats and settles well? I'm so sick of chicken ... I know it has lots of Protein but geez a person can only handle so much! Lol
Amandabythepound 32 Posted February 2, 2013 I can eat every meat, I love beef and lamb and tofu (not meat obviously but a great sub) the best, pork is great too, and lotsssss of fish! 1 Teka2011 reacted to this
juditha 48 Posted February 2, 2013 Have you tired tofu? I have it either in a vegi stir fry with soya sauce, or marinated in a curry mixture and then cooked. I also find ground beef is great and very versatile - from spicy meaty balls to Bolognese sauce... And all the family can eat it ! Go to the world according to egg face for loads of great ideas

After reading about how they farm talipia I don't eat it any more. Or for that matter any farm raised fish, I only eat wild caught fish more expensive but much better for you.
