I love this stuff!!!!! I also live the samples at baratirc pantry. I found and use it the Syntrax nectar chocolate Truffle from there as well.

For the mint cookie I add 4 OZ of milk and 4 OZ of Water. All milk is a little heavy for me. This is 27 grams of Protein.
