worm2872 635 Posted February 1, 2013 It is the hulls. I found Special K popcorn chips. No hulls. Yes there are carbs but once in a blue moon they help with the craving esp at the movies.

Lebim 381 Posted February 1, 2013 yea I plan on it because I know everyone have diff guidelines and lord knows I love my popcorn! lol thank you! It's starch and carbs and will turn into fat. There is zero nutritional value to popcorn - Kaylee Ann ~ Surgerversary 6/11/2012 2 lovealways and libra_lisa reacted to this

Lebim 381 Posted February 1, 2013 thats bad? Doesn't have Protein. Yes, starch is bad. Starch will always be bad. And the fact that there is 0 fat or sodium indicates to me that those nutrition facts are for popcorn without butter - which I doubt most people would be eating. - Kaylee Ann ~ Surgerversary 6/11/2012 1 tlynn4love reacted to this

Lisa Collom 184 Posted February 1, 2013 I tried a single piece of popcorn when I was at the movies last week with my best friend because i love movie theater popcorn. It was nasty! Your tastes may have changed too. I bring a flavored water and a Protein Bar. That way I have my treats too. 1 ncdeking reacted to this

Catgyrl68 66 Posted February 1, 2013 I'm gonna miss popcorn, too. I just got my braces off last August, so I pretty much went 2.5 years without eating popcorn. Had a brief reprieve when I got them off, and now... No more. I wonder if you could try thin pretzel crisps, if you get a craving for something crunchy. I'm talking just a couple, not the whole bag.
