ranee17 18 Posted January 31, 2013 SO....To my surprise, I suddenly woke up 3lbs lighter this morning!! thing is, I ate like a piglet yesterday. It seemed like all i did yesterday was EAT!!! And I didnt even go to the gym? Has anyone else had this amazing blessing?? I'm wondering if maybe i actually got a good amount of calories and Protein in that made the difference. kristy3k 1,133 Posted January 31, 2013 I have found that a variety of Protein as well as caloric intake, whether up or down, when you hit a stall seems to bounce things around. ranee17 18 Posted January 31, 2013 Definitely agree, i just ate all day long. I got a steriod shot since i hurt my back monday at kickboxing and lord have mercy I was hungry all day. then poof it was gone. i know for fact normal days i am not getting the max Protein. sadly. but hopefully yesterday just proved to me that I can lol Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

JustJenn 542 Posted January 31, 2013 If your not eating enough calories your body holds on to weight. I find when I eat 1000 cals a day and get my Water and Protein in I drop a good number weekly.
