Today I received my new patient papers in the mail for the Videoscopic Institute of Atlanta, Ga with Dr. Champion. I plan to send him my past years (2012) 12 month food journal, 12 month vital sign reading chart, and my 12 month gym log. I am hoping that he and my doctor can convince my insurance company, Secure Health, that this 5'3", 320lb female deserves this. Now I'm just hoping if my insurance does accept me, that my co-pay won't be like $10,000! Here's to hoping for a better me, and a happier future!
