Am not doing exercise I know I should but am not. N all my weight was in my face arms but n thigh but my but was huge

Thanks N no I haven had any tummy surgery I wish but am only six month post op My skin is lose but not the bad with exercise it will be fix. My weight before surgery was 270 My surgery was July 27
