Hi, I've been reading posts here for almost 6 months now and I've just recently started posting.

I love to read the posts here every day, everyone is so encouraging. Alot of the posts even make me cry - like the list of things to do after you lose post I just read and posted to.

Thanks to everyone for being so encouraging, I can't wait until my 6 month supervised diet is over so I can get approval to have the surgery.

Hey girl, just keep up that motivation, and know that you're going to have some plateaus and some down moments. Find the exercise that YOU love to do, find an eating plan that works for YOU, and go for it and never, ever give up until you hit that goal, okay?
