KCItalianGirl 24 Posted January 29, 2013 They are gonna save me! Right now I'm not tolerating much, but I tolerate them. And with chewing you get it down to nothing so no sick, full, stuck feeling. I'm just so happy that they are heart healthy and low in fat high in dietary Fiber and Protein.
