michelecaples 224 Posted January 28, 2013 The best person to tell you if you are behind is your surgeon. The office I go to says 50 lbs in 6 months is ahead of the game. I was 211 now 118 my goal was 125 then I changed it to 110 but surgeon told me not to get down to so little. All the sudden I started losing 4-5 pounds per week & I'm eating more & slow down exercise. I'm started Vitamin shake by nature made to stabilize my weight. So far so good. I still watch the scale.
