We have a grocery store called hyvee- I will have my surgery on feb 20th. I've done low carb in the past and I like this Protein Powder.< /p>

Ya... I understand... Just remember taste buds will change after surgery... Good luck... Ill be a year post op feb 21st... So I was in your shoes this time last year! :-)
