3 years post op.... Now struggling

It has been 3 years since my surgery. Best decision I ever made. Lost 120lbs. I have an 8 month old and have gained back 30 lbs. I am struggling to get it off. It seems I'm stuck at a plateau and nothing I do works. Any suggestions?

I would think if you back it up and start over it may work. Go back to all liquids, then progress up the ladder again week by week.

It's a good idea but I wonder if I go back on liquids will it affect the baby as I am still nursing.

You are nursing!!!! Your body needs so many more calories then! It's probably in starvation mode. I would think you should constantly nibble on good Proteins all day, and constantly sip. Upping your intake would surely fuel your body to drop more weight especially while nursing!!
