they consider walking around your house or cleaning or anything long as you're moving as exercise.

I have always wanted to try Zumba but I am too afraid that the very sight of it will cause animals and small children to seek immediate shelter. LOL

you so crazy I use to tell people I didn't want to do zumba because I'm afraid I might shake the mirrors off the wall. trust me is fun to do because I was doing it before the gastric bypass and no matter what size you are everybody in that class sweats

My grandson got an Xbox I got him Kinect for Christmas with dance party game we all played it Christmas and granny ME beat everybody was great the kids couldn't believe it bad knees and Lymphedema in my legs it took them a week of trying to beat my score it was great I've always love to dance so when I'm able going to do it again
