Has anyone gone to Scottsdale Bar. Az , And if your bigger do you lose faster. And if not by losing slower do you have less hangie skin? Can you lose all the weight or not that much? I weigh 350 can I get dow to a normal weight with the lap band?:help:

Yes you will lose weight. Check out the thread for bigger BMI'S.

To get you healthy you will have to drink your 64 oz, 30 minutes of walking each day along with your band.

At 260lbs last June 06 it would take me 35 minutes to walk one mile.

Your band will not do it all.

Exercise is the key to my success. You don't have to go fast just move at a pace you are comfortable at.
