krista1020 14 Posted January 31, 2013 I started my liquid diet yesterday...it has been rough. I also have two little boys that I have to cook for. Last night after I cooked dinner my husband told me to go ahead and go to bed because I was so grumpy. My suggestion is to just turn in early so that you don't have to think about the hunger...I know that doesn't help much, but it's all I got:)
snow25 188 Posted February 2, 2013 Just keep telling yourself it is only for 2 weeks. Also weigh daily because every morning the scale went down. I lost 20 pounds doing the 2 week Optifast liquid diet. I did not cheat once. Loosing that weight really helps to jump start the weight lost, especially since you will gain several pounds in the hospital from IV fluids, etc.
