snow25 188 Posted February 3, 2013 I started walking immediately. At 3 days laps around neighborhood, at 3 weeks long hikes in the woods 3+ miles, jogging at 4 weeks, playing basketball at 4 weeks. My doctor said all of that is good, just hold off on weigh lifting and core stretching until 1 1/2 months post op to allow insides to heal. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
