OleHippieGal 275 Posted March 26, 2013 Went to Walmart and got a traditional rotisserie chicken pulled off all the skin and tore all the meat off the bone to make several servings ou of it. So ate 2 oz of the chicken and tried the bob Evans single serve Mac and cheese ate 2 teaspoons of it. And then later for a snack I had a dill spear I had been craving

tzbandtobypass 48 Posted March 26, 2013 I've been making chicken salads made with Greek yogurt and pulled rotisserie chicken these last couple of weeks. My favorites so far have been a Moroccan chicken salad and a buffalo chicken salad. I found these hummus crackers that have more Protein than a regular cracker and I pile the chicken salad on top of those. 1 Marla reacted to this
sunshine413 343 Posted March 26, 2013 Grilled skinless chick breast. I get full off just 2oz of meat. Being 3 months out I'm wondering of that is the norm ??? Gen :-) 12/15/12 It is for me. I'm almost 6 months out and anything that Protein dense doesn't take much to fill me up.

tkd259 36 Posted March 26, 2013 Well' date=' that wasn't fun. Ate 2 ounces tilapia (which I baked with garlic, one bite of sweet potatoes and no asparagus and got so sick. I think it was the garlic. Had terrible gas-tried two gasx then took a papaya enzyme and then I threw it all up. I don't think garlic and my pouch are good together. And boy did I have horrible hiccups. Better now. Anyone else have trouble with garlic?[/quote'] I haven't had trouble with garlic, but fish yes. Cod, salmon and tuna all have made me very ill, but not crab or shrimp.
