califmomto4 84 Posted March 21, 2013 Dorian, I use the food scale almost every day. I had an older one that didn't seem too accurate. I bought a digital one at Target for about $20.
momlambert 77 Posted March 21, 2013 quick question regarding food. Do I really need to buy a food scale? Does anyone use it to measure food?? I use mine several times every single day. Keeps me honest. My doc says most people underestimate their food and overestimate their exercise. So true. pookybear 284 Posted March 21, 2013 I bought one on clearance but haven't used it yet. Been measuring 1/2 cup out. But I will use it when I buy meats and pre easier them, or once I'm able to eat nuts for Snacks.< /p>
groovykg 23 Posted March 21, 2013 I've been having Emily Bites cheeseburger cupcakes for the last few nights. I'm technically still on purees, but the ground meat works just fine. I also found some tzaziki at my grocery store the other day and have been so happy dipping deli turkey in that. Sent from my iPhone using RNYTalk

I am on soft and allowed chicken salad. I cut up the chicken breast fine like in salad and added the Tzatziki instead of mayo. I had the turkey lunch meat with it as well, you are right that is also awesome!
