Marla 35 Posted March 20, 2013 Made Bacon Cheeseburger Lettuce Wraps 1lb ground turkey 5 pieces of bacon; chopped to bite size pieces 1/2 medium onion (or 1 small) 5 wedges Laughing Cow Queso Chipotle cheese Spread 1/2 Cup shredded cheddar cheese 1 Tbsp ketchup 1 Tbsp Mustard 1 Tbsp Dill Relish 1 Head of Lettuce ( I used iceberg but most any kind would do) Saute onions and bacon together until bacon is almost crisp and onions are soft. Add ground turkey until brown. Mix in cheese wedges until melted. Add in ketchup' date=' mustard and relish. Scoop onto a lettuce leaf. Top with shredded cheddar. Simple 1-dish meal You can also mix it up to make it how you like. Oh and depending on the size of your lettuce wrap, this makes enough for the family. I ate one, my husband had 2 and there are leftovers[/quote'] Love me some lettuce wraps from P F Changs.....
