I'm making buffalo wings to have for this afternoon's game! My friend makes an awesome blue cheese dressing - I'm picking it up in a little while. I may even have a little chicken - picked off the bone, skin removed, and dredged in blue cheese.

GO PATS!!!!! :-)

how far post op are you...my nut said no salad for 6 months' date=' well i felt ready and ive had it twice this week with no problems...just wondering if anyone else had salad this early..im 9 weeks post op...ty[/quote']

I'm 4 months post-op. Neither my old surgeon or my new surgeon gave me a definite time to try salad. I just took a chance and try to keep my Veggies soft as possible. I like baby spinach with chopped tomatoes, kalamata olives, cheese and light dressing. (If I'm feeling brave ill throw on a couple banana peppers)
