kinsse 171 Posted October 2, 2013 Sure. Can be cooked tons of ways' date=' but for low fat and calorie, cook some onions and pumpkin, roast em first gives them a great flavour, add some veggie stock or chicken stock, to your liking, add a bit of nutmeg, just a smudge,, cook till soft and purée all together. You can add a can of light evaporated milk for creaminess, without the fat, and even coconut flavoured evaporated milk for extra flavour. You could add some curry powder if you like, but it's not necessary. When it's puréed down it is thick and creamy, if you don't want to add the evaporated milk, just add Protein Powder. Tweak it to your own recipe.[/quote'] Sounds good I love punkin. we dehydrate slices of pumkin. Then put it in freezer bags n freeze it. Wen ready to eat. Put it in a pot with some oil and Water and let it cook down till water is cooked out. Its very good.
