I added it for the Protein and was able to keep it down, but no more of those for me. I wish I could just have salad w/o adding anything....maybe just some nuts and cheese next time! My dr recommends 6wks for even cooked vegetables, I didn't ask about raw. You can get a decent protein amount without adding meat (I end up eating more of the 'stuff' then lettuce but that's okay!) Doesn't even taste like a Protein Bar. And I'm not a huge fan of Protein Bars. Found them at bjs. Yum. Where can you buy them individually? It was ready made and was not crustless. I ate the egg part and tossed the crust. I had no problems with it. Only had 1 bite of the meatloaf and a couple bites of caprese tomatoes with cheese. Yummy! So happy to have turned a corner!! Spinach salad w/ chicken from Applebee's, had a few bites of the heavy appetizers-that didn't sit well- & a few spoonfuls of cake. Went to bed to avoid being sick!
