Pr1ncessJulee 116 Posted September 2, 2013 It actually isn't to bad. I got the 1% evaporated and used a half a can. Funny enough' date=' the fat free has 2 grams more sugar then the 1%. And the 1% has only a half a gram of fat. A serving of chowder only has like 3.5 grams of fat and 8 grams of sugar and the sugar is from the milk. The chowder came out really rich. Yum[/quote'] Sounds yummy. Even though its been near 100° still here. futuremrsparker 288 Posted September 2, 2013 I had the chicken and strawberry salad from Eat'n'Park.. SO delicious, but wow it was huge! lol Definitely about 4 meals worth! Not sure if I'll ever get over being thrilled about how little satisfies me. I LOVE it! I never feel deprived because I am too excited that I don't need 5 lbs of food to fill me up anymore. Its so interesting!! 1 zuzuspetals reacted to this

Ready for the fall and Soup and sweater and cozy jammy weather Preop weight 389 current weight 327 that's 62 lbs lost since RNY 6/11/13 Soupy, very humid weather here. It's not hot, only in the upper seventies, but the humidity makes you not want to move. Fall is my favorite time of year. Jeans and long sleeves, beautiful colors, apple picking, comfy days cool/cold nights, and no mosquitoes after first frost. You can't keep me in the house in the Fall! :-)

terry1118 1,274 Posted September 2, 2013 We finally have a day WITHOUT humidity. Only 73 for a high! I love fall and winter! Me too! Though I've never been a fan of summer, I'm hoping next year I'll be able to tolerate it better. Maybe even buy a bathing suit and go swimming when it's hot... :-)

aba9903 35 Posted September 3, 2013 Last night I had 2 bites BBQ brisket and 2 bites BBQ pork ribs (no sauce on either). Thank god no problems! Today I tried BBQ smoked chicken and about 2 bites potato salad and that went well too! I also tried some Wendy's chili the other day. Was a little nervous about all of this but it seemed to go ok! When will I be able to eat more than a couple bites without being too full? 1 ArmyOfMe reacted to this
