graceann0888 145 Posted August 6, 2013 Last night I was able to eat 4 oz of filet mignon. Is that normal? It was soft and i chewed really well. I'm 2 months out. It went down fine. I did feel full but not in pain. It's weird because I know we can eat a 4-5oz yogurt cup or Soup because its soft. Other times I eat half a slice a cheese and two slices of lunch meat and I feel stuffed. I just got my scale today on the mail.

My nut doesn't recommend it until I'm 3-4 months out (I'm only 2). Ground hamburger sits heavy but not steak. I think I pay more attention to chewing when I eat it cause I know if it got stuck it would be hell.
Jeepchick42 193 Posted August 6, 2013 Cheeseburger no bun. Used really good grass fed beef. I love buying good ingredients now. It still costs less then before surgery.

terry1118 1,274 Posted August 6, 2013 Fresh scallop cake. I was looking forward to it but it was only so-so. It didn't bother me or anything, I just wasn't thrilled with it so the dogs got most of it.
