mskami77 295 Posted July 30, 2013 I made nachos and taco meat. Very spicy and I'm not usually a spicy person. Unfortunately going to have to drink some Water to make it through. I made the tortilla chips out of a low carb high Protein tortilla. They're delicious. Nachos are my weakness. That's a really good idea. Did you bake the tortilla to make the chips? I sprayed them with a little cooking spray and put a little Kosher salt on them and stuck them in a 450 oven for about 15 min. Keep an eye on them tho. Once they start to brown they brown quick.
