deaddemmama 474 Posted May 23, 2013 Tarragon chicken...split filets pounded flat with diced carrots onion parsely pepper onion. Sauce is 1% milk chicken stock 1 tbls tarragon splash of white wine. pureed with some of the cooked carrots to thicken and simmered to reduce. I shudder to think of the butter and heavy cream that used to stack this recipe. My family gets wild rice.

califmomto4 84 Posted May 23, 2013 I'm the odd ball out of the bunch and my pouch loves everything. I haven't had anything disagree either. Although I stick to basics as well...greek yogurt, string cheese, turkey lunchmeat, tuna, fish...a few bites of vegetables. I have had a little bit of chicken and ground turkey...and a few eggs. So far so good. My only problem seems to be the scale moving slowly!
