German meatloaf is called hachbraten....it's usually a mixture of beef and ground pork with onions pan ok or crackers you can bake it or I braise it and put it in the crock pot with potatoes carrots Nd a gravy mixture. Nel 189 Posted April 21, 2013 My newest food addiction that seems to do well with my pouch is: 1 container of fage yogurt plain, 1 cup cottage cheese, 2/3 banana sliced thin, 1 tablespoon sugar free apricot preserves, 1 pack splenda. Funny thing I just got the ok to eat all normal food after 7 months from my sleeve. Now here in 2 1/2 weeks I go back on the perop diet for my Rny at the end if May first of June lmao.
