mtibodo2 9 Posted June 24, 2014 Any ideas for puréed stage? I'm having a problem with texture and gag no matter what it is! I can do cottage cheese with any fruit and I'm fine but that's it.

terry1118 1,274 Posted June 25, 2014 Last night I made spaghetti squash topped with a meat sauce made w/ground chicken, jalapeño chicken sausage, onions, basil, and zuchinni. I also grilled zuchinni topped w/tomatoes, basil, and mozzarella. Mmmm! Leftovers for lunch today! :-) Tonite I think I'll cook up some quinoa linquini and try that w/the last night's meat sauce... Kelly827 9 Posted June 25, 2014 I am on puréed stage as well. My go to food has been cottage cheese with a bit of pineapple. On occasion I will do a scrambled egg or some Greek yogurt. Can't wait till the end of the week when I can attempt the soft foods!

JeanaLuvsKisses 110 Posted July 6, 2014 1/2 cup of velvety black bean Soup. Going to the movies tonight and wishing I could have popcorn...movie theatre popcorn is the best :-( I know it will likely be at least a year before that is even possible. I'm one year post-op and just had popcorn for the first time. So good!
