cfergie911 90 Posted February 8, 2014 Creamy potato bacon Soup from red lobster. Only had the creamy part, not the chunks of potato. Very filling and very cheap! 4 bites and I was done! 1 kata13 reacted to this

life_after_gastric_bypass 214 Posted February 8, 2014 Some days my sleeve Loves me more than I love it. When I try to hang out with my old habits and the fun I use to have with a food party.....my SLEEVE COP puts the brakes on. I'm almost 6 months out and feel like this hasn't worked for me as well as I wished. Lately I haven't been able to work out and have been suffering with a painful pinched nerve in my leg. I do log daily with myfitnesspal and average 900 cals daily. I've been stressed planning a 50th birthday party for my hubby and I think I'm in a slump. Sometimes I forget I had the surgery since I didn't have any problems. Its so cold here in New York and I'm feeling the Winter blues. I'll start to exercise and won't finish on cloudy days. Think I'm a little weight loss depressed. Hoping this will pass soon. Hang in there sis trusty me it does get better. I'm in NYC too when I can't be active outside Shaun t rocking body video does the work for me....just dance and enjoy it....also having support around...where r u. In NYC? 1 gourmetone reacted to this
terry1118 1,274 Posted February 8, 2014 We went to Bass Pro Shop in Foxborough. I'd never been to Foxborough before - Gillette Stadium is HUGE! Then we went too Olive Garden for lunch. I had 1/2 bowl of Soup and a little salad. :-)

jaye1464 70 Posted February 9, 2014 1st day off soft foods. Don't know what to eat. I started with the tuna first, if you're ready. Other than that, Soups are always good and filling. I had a complete list week by week. Did you get something like that? It helped a lot when trying to plan for meals.
pumpkin73 21 Posted February 9, 2014 I had steamed tilapia, and 2 teaspoons of rice and dumped all afternoon ugh... Rice does not agree with me anymore. It's a good thing but yet I do miss eating it.
