Kat23 47 Posted February 3, 2014 What yogurts are you all eating? They all seem to have so much sugar and/or carbs and I dump. I've been thinking about it with granola since Dorian's post! :-)

I've been thinking about it with granola since Dorian's post! :-) Try chobani 100. They are sweetened with Monk Fruit and stevia, both natural zero calorie sweeteners. I love the pineapple with a sprinkle of sliced almonds and a bit of shredded coconut. Absolutely wonderful.
OleHippieGal 275 Posted February 3, 2014 Super Bowl party at the Inlaws boiled shrimp, lots of celery, green olives, black olives. I did have some tortilla chips with my homemade salsa I made. But mostly ate the shrimp and celery it was so good.

I add a little Bear Naked Protein Granola for some crunch w/protein boost. :-) 1 shirlann46 reacted to this
Dorian 683 Posted February 3, 2014 (edited) Dorian, I have some good coupons for the granola but can't for the life of me remember where I bought it! Not Stop&Shop, not the local family-owned market, not Wallyworld... I checked all of those this weekend. Maybe Target? It's driving me nuts! And I'm almost out of it! Try it mixed with Dannon Greek light & fit key lime... Amazing! :-) I got mine at a store called Woodmans. It was even cheaper than walmart! I will have to look online for some coupons. I know Walmart has the other Protein One I used to eat by the same maker but not this new one yet. I will have to try the key lime as soon as I find it! Our stores don't have the new flavors yet and I can't see driving 45 minutes just for yogurt every time I'm out! then again, since it's what I eat the most of, maybe it is worth it!! I go to the dr next week in Madison, and will stock up then! Edited February 3, 2014 by Dorian

I go to the dr next week in Madison, and will stock up then! I never heard of Woodmans so it must be a regional thing. I found the Key Lime yogurt at Stop&Shop - do you have those? Probably any large chain grocery store would have it. It is good. I'm going to check Target for the Protein granola this week. It's the only other store I shop at that I haven't checked. If I have to I'll try Amazon. It's very good - at this point I don't care about the cost, I just want it! We got snow again today. More again on Wednesday... and again on Sunday. This is getting old! I plan for it to be my evening snack to deal with the snackiness I'm battling. Thanks for the recommendation.

Unfortunately chobani makes me dump and it was my go to before surgery.
