bloreorbust 286 Posted January 18, 2014 Sausage stuffed portobello mushroom. It was far tastier than I thought it would be (since surgery I haven't liked sausage much).

I used Whole wheat Pasta > cooked like package says and rinsed off set aside for a few mins In bowl put 2 cans of starkist albacore tuna in can don't drain Small tub of low fat cream cheese needs to be soften Cup and a 1/2 of low fat cheddar cheese I get the one that is 2 cups Chopped green onion about 3/4 cup or a regular white onion works too Either fresh mushrooms or small jar of green giant mushrooms Cup of low fat milk Mix this all together till it's blended Then put in cup of frozen peas Mix it up Fold in your noodles I used the whole wheat egg noodle but you can use elbow too Mix it all together put in a large casserole dish then the other 1/2 of the cheese place on top Get some foil spray with Pam on one side and cover the dish bake in oven 30 mins at 375 Then take off foil and cook another 10 Wala!!
