Now I've got to find a way to get back on track. I'm very impressed with those of you who managed to be disciplined! Holidays with all that tasty food are tough! But are you sure you put on 4lbs? It might be Water weight from all the salt and stuff. You would have had to have eaten 15,000 calories and that is pretty hard to do with a pouch 1/3-1/2 cup in size. Don't beat yourself up.
