terry1118 1,274 Posted December 15, 2013 You are always making such good stuff!! Big snow coming your way this weekend huh? Big snow Southern New England style = a lot of weatherman-hype, people-turned-squirrel stocking up on milk and bread, then a few hours of steady snow that quickly changes to rain (the ocean's influence). We woke up to an inch or two of slush the morning. Tonight we're expecting frigid cold to turn it all to solid ice. :-(
KristinaRnY 455 Posted December 15, 2013 http://m.allrecipes.com/recipe/104850/black-bean-and-corn-quesadillas I found some whole wheat low carb tortillas- 80 calories, I omitted the brown sugar in the recipe and red pepper flake (I didn't have any) but added more hot salsa. Dorian 683 Posted December 16, 2013 (edited) Ice is nasty no matter where in the US you are. Hope all is well. :-) Hope it melts fast. We don't get too much ice here in WI, just snow. But I see we have some freezing rain coming this week. Yuck! Edited December 16, 2013 by Dorian

Maybe more snow on the way. I hope I there is a warm-up to melt the ice before my son comes home Sunday. Crutches and ice - bad combination. :-(
