sashalk 9 Posted October 19, 2013 So im in the pureed stage. And since i only cook for myself, (my husband lives on a strict fast food diet), i don't need to cook any big meels. So i found these Green Giant Just for One vegetable pacs. Theres a number of different veggie dishes you can choose from, and the are around 40 calories each. I also got some lean ground turkey that i cooked up and stored in the fridge. I then take one of the veggie pacs, nuke it, and in my small blender i ad that, some ground turkey, a bit of unflavored Protein Powder, and a bit of unsweetend soy milk. I then blend till pureed. It usually makes enough for two of my 4oz bowls. Then i store one for later, and nuke the other for a minute. It actually tastes quite good.
kinsse 171 Posted October 19, 2013 I wonder why some had to puree? I've never had to do that. But glad you don't mind it.
