Gel 9 Posted August 29, 2013 Spaghetti squash and two shrimp. I'm so excited about the thought of some 'pasta'. I put 1/2 cup squash in my bowl and after 3 bites I'm full. This stuff is awesome!! terry1118 1,274 Posted August 29, 2013 I've always wanted to make Spaghetti Squash. How do you make it? Preheat oven to 375°. Cut the squash in half length wise and scoop out all the seeds. Lay both halves face down on cookie sheet. Bake in preheated oven for 30-40 mins. When done use a fork to separate the strands, then scoop into a bowl. You can serve it several ways. I like it w/a little butter, salt, and pepper, or w/grilled veggies, or w/pesto, or w/ground turkey, sauce, and Parmesan chz. I haven't had it since surgery. I'm nervous to try it. 1 tlynn4love reacted to this

Pr1ncessJulee 116 Posted August 30, 2013 I can't get enough salsa the past few days. I found nut chips at Walmart. They are made from almonds and brown rice and are so good with my salsa. I had 10 chips and lots of salsa with them and then some fit n lite Greek yogurt. aba9903 35 Posted August 30, 2013 I made shepherd's pie for the fam for dinner tonight. While I was cooking I had a couple spoons of mashed potatoes and a small piece of Colby cheese leftover from grating. Later on in the evening I shared a wedge of laughing Cow cheese with the hubby!
